Minimum order quantities depend on the product type and shipment method.

For dry commodities such as palm sugar, smaller volumes may be shipped via air freight where commercially feasible. Larger volumes are typically dispatched via sea freight, either as LCL or FCL, depending on quantity and packaging.

For fresh banana leaves, shipments are conducted exclusively via refrigerated (reefer) containers to maintain cold-chain integrity. Due to the perishable nature of the product, LCL consolidation is not available, as extended port waiting times may compromise product quality. Therefore, sea shipments for banana leaves are handled on a full container (FCL) basis.

We provide samples for quality evaluation. Sample quantities valued below IDR 100,000 are provided free of charge. However, shipping and courier costs are borne by the prospective buyer.

For palm sugar, our product is tested in accordance with Indonesian National Standards (SNI), and a Certificate of Analysis is available upon request.

For fresh banana leaves, no specific product certifications are currently held. However, we ensure compliance with applicable sanitary and phytosanitary requirements of the destination country.

Upon buyer request, additional laboratory testing or certification can be arranged through accredited institutions.

We accept the following payment structures:
• Irrevocable L/C at sight; or
• Combination of T/T advance and L/C at sight (structure subject to agreement)

Quality is our priority. We implement a structured three-stage quality control process: first at the source level, second during sorting and handling, and final inspection conducted by the Orchid quality control team prior to shipment.
